Rates include all taxes.
There are no service charges.
Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All pictures on this site are for guidance purposes only. Actual room and hotel appearance may vary.
The customer is responsible for payment of their booking (less the 15% deposit) directly to the hotel upon arrival. If no cancellation has been received and you fail to show up at the hotel, you are responsible for the full amount of your booking value. MyCebuGuide reserves the right to charge your credit card the full amount of the booking value.
Any changes to a reservation must be done through MyCebuGuide.com. MyCebuGuide.com will try and accommodate all changes to your reservation, subject to hotel availability, provided reservation change requests are made as far in advance as possible. Changes should be made through info@mycebuguide.com, and not through the hotel. Deposits are non-refundable. Late Check-ins and Early Checkouts are non-refundable.
Cebu is a small yet very popular island and accommodation can be very limited during peak seasons. Therefore a stricter cancellation policy is implemented at these times. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking.
In the event you do not show for the first night of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled for subsequent nights unless alternate arrangements have been made with MyCebuGuide.com.
All prices are based on the Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency Conversions are based on public online sources and are approximate. Charges to the customer’s credit card for deposit are in US dollars; the balance of the booking paid at the hotel will be listed in Philippine Pesos. If the customer wants to pay the balance in another currency he/she is free to do so, but the exchange rate will be up to the hotels discretion.
Cancellation and Change of Reservation Policy
*If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation their deposit is forfeited.
*If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, an additional one night’s stay will be charged.
*If a reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the check-in date or the customer does not show up, the entire booking amount will be charged.
*Amendments to a booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be dependent upon room availability. Changes are possible at the same hotel, but changing hotels will always involve penalties outlined in this cancellation policy. No refund will be made for a shortening of stay, reduction in the number of rooms, or change of room type. Changes are limited to one time without penalty subject to outlined cancellation policy. Cancellations or change of reservation must be requested through email.
Peak Season Special Cancellation Policy
For any reservation that includes peak season dates the cancellation policy is as follows:
*If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation their deposit is forfeited.
*If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation 30 days or less prior to the check-in date, the entire booking amount will be charged.
Please note that the above check-in dates refer Philippines time (+8 GMT)
Cancellation and Change of a Transfer Reservation Policy
*If a transfer is cancelled 14 days or less preceding the arrival date and time, a penalty will be charged.
*If a transfer is cancelled 7 days or less preceding the arrival date and time, or the guest does not show up, a 100% penalty will be charged.
*Date changes made more than 14 days preceding the arrival date and time can be made without penalty.
*No refunds will be given for a departure cancelation. However, date changes will be accepted.
*Other amendments to a booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be dependent upon transfer availability.
*My Cebu Guide Logistics Team is happy to assist you with your luggage when required, but ultimately you are responsible for your luggage. We will not be liable for lost, damaged or stolen luggage.

MyCebuGuide.com will keep your personal information confidential. We will not share or sell your information to any third party, and have measures in place to keep your information secure.
My Cebu Guide's Best Price Guarantee
If you have booked a hotel room through My Cebu Guide and within 3 days of your booking find that you could have booked the same room for the same dates at a lower rate which is both viewable and bookable on another website, we will either match that rate or beat it.
Terms and Conditions
1) Both your confirmed booking with My Cebu Guide and that of our competitor must be:
*The same hotel
*The same Room/Bed type
*The same period of stay
*The same cancellation policy
*The same payment method
*The room must be available when our representative checks availability
2) This guarantee does not apply to any non-published rates or any rates not available to the general public.
3) My Cebu Guide reserves the right to amend, revise, or discontinue this guarantee at any time.
4) My Cebu Guide has the final say in the validity of any claim including but not limited to the determination as to whether the claim meets the requirements listed in section 1 of the guarantee's terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Activities and Adventures
BOOKING POLICIES:
*For weekend bookings, it is best to book it at least a week prior to desire travel date.
*For weekday bookings, it is best to book it at least 2 days before so we can check the availability and or for on the day bookings pleasecall our customer relations officers for booking requests.
*If there will changes and or additional bookings for the next day, please call or our office immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
1) Island Tours and other Tour activities will take place rain or shine.
2) It will be company’s discretion on either to accept or not the guests joining the tours and/or activities under the influence of alcohol and will not be refunded.
3) My Cebu Adventures goals are that all participants have an enjoyable and safe experience during the tours and the activities; for such reason, we reserve the right of admission.
4) My Cebu Adventures will not refund on the day of the tour or activity, for the following reasons:
*No-show and late arrivals
*Guest decides to leave the tour/activity
*Does not find the tours or transportation departure location
5) Any cancellation of booking must be through email, and received by My Cebu Adventures at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled trip.
Otherwise, the following charges will apply:
* 50% payment from 72 to 24 hours prior to activity.
* Full Payment if not cancelled within 24 hours
* All costs incurred to third party suppliers as a result of the cancellation
6) Company cancelled trips will be automatically postponed to a later date.
7) Refunds will take from 7 to 21 business days to be processed. Once processed, it will be refunded to the guest’s credit card, or be deposited to the guest’s bank account, dependent on your original payment method.
WEATHER CONDITIONS – While the service is in progress, cancellations due to weather conditions are solely at the discretion of My Cebu Adventures Management. A 100% refund will be made if the service is cancelled due to severe weather conditions. Full refund if the tour or trip is cancelled two (2) days prior to commencing the service due to severe weather conditions.
